Join our growing Ohana
International Baptist Fellowship exists to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ among the nations — right here in Honolulu.
We are a friendly, multi-generational Southern Baptist church located across the street from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. Our heart is to be a spiritual home for international students and their families, while also serving our local community with the love and truth of the Gospel.
Whether you are new to Hawaii, exploring faith for the first time, or looking for a church family to grow with, you are welcome here. Come as you are.
All are welcome — no perfect people, just a perfect Savior.

Pastor Con leads International Baptist Fellowship with a shepherd’s heart and a deep love for God’s Word and God’s people.
He is passionate about faithful, verse-by-verse exposition of Scripture and creating a warm, welcoming environment where people from every nation can grow as disciples of Jesus.
Pastor Con is available for prayer, counseling, and conversation. He would love to hear from you and walk alongside you in your journey of faith.
We joyfully affirm the essential doctrines of the Christian faith as summarized in the Baptist Faith & Message (2000). Here are some of our core beliefs:
Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. He died for our sins and rose again, offering eternal life to all who believe.
Jesus is fully God and fully man, the only way to the Father. He will return one day to judge the living and the dead.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final authority for faith and practice.
We practice believer’s baptism by immersion. The local church is a covenant community of baptized believers committed to one another and to the Great Commission.
We are committed to sound doctrine, loving community, prayer, and making disciples who make disciples.
Every Christian is called to share the Gospel. We have a special focus on reaching international students and unreached people groups.

A lighthouse church — lighting the way for the nations
“IBF strives to be a funnel of blessings to the world around us and not a bucket of blessings!”
Here at International Baptist Fellowship we are all about loving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with all that is within us and loving outwardly to those around us.
Matthew 5:14-16 — “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”
To love God with all we have
Matt. 22:37; John 3:30
To be and make disciples
Matt. 28:19-20; John 3:16-18
To reach people around us for Christ
Matt. 22:39; Matt. 5:14-16
The vision of International Baptist Fellowship is to light the way for the nations to find their home in the family of Christ.
